At UNPLGD, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times.


1. Order Processing

  • All physical product orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (e.g., product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • All information is based on the following time zone: Brussels (CEST) Central European Time Zone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Note: Shipping times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and external factors beyond our control. Express shipping may not be available for all regions. We are not responsible for delayed shipping due to these reasons.

The estimated shipping days are not a guarantee, we are not able to ship 100% of all orders in the estimated shipping time due to high demand, please understand this can take longer than expected.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship to: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City, United States, United Emirates, parts of South America, parts of Africa, and Australia.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing times can vary and may delay your delivery. UNPLGD is not responsible for this matter, but will contact customs on request.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package using the provided link or on our website.

  • If your tracking status hasn’t updated 2 days after shipping, contact us at info@unplgd.store.


5. Digital Products

  • Most digital products are delivered instantly or within 1 business day.

  • In some cases (e.g., high demand, technical delays), fulfillment may take up to 6 business days.

  • If you haven't received your digital product within 6 business days, please contact us.


6. Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or customs.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@unplgd.store and we’ll help resolve the issue.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Missing or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, email info@unplgd.store within 1 day of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s).

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received the package, check with neighbors or your local carrier first.


9. Chargeback & Dispute Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, email info@unplgd.store within 1 day of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s).

  • If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through the customers bank- or payment processor, the package status of legally received will automaticly change and be seen as, illegally received and held without permission (theft).

  • Any package/order that is not reshipped to us after 15 Business days after a chargeback or dispute, will be recollected throught court in the next possible ways:

    1. Customer is legally required to repay the bill, including chargeback fees, and additional fees.
    2. Customer is required to ship back the package to the originated location, in original package, and original state of the goods. Reshipping and other fees are on responsibility of the customer.
    3. If none of the above are met, the package will be recollected through bail lift, including a fine for late installment of sending back our goods and chargeback fees. Any additional fees, such as shipment, are on the responsibility of the customer.
