Return & Refund Policy

Please read the whole policy, before taking any actions regarding returns & refunds.

General Return Policy – Physical Products Only

We have a 14-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused)

  • With tags, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Start refund/return process

To start a return, log in to your customer account by clicking 'orders' on the top menu on our site, after that log in to your account and navigate to your order. If your order is eligible for a refund, you will see a button to request a refund/return. Click the button to start the process. refunds/returns are always gone trough this process. refund/return requests that are sent trough our e-mail contact at info@unplgd.store will not be answered NOR accepted.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

📌 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be shipped within 7 days after approval — otherwise, they will not be accepted.


Refunds – Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow your bank or card provider time to process the refund.

Out-of-Stock Physical Items

Some physical items (like phone cases) are limited stock. If you purchase a physical item that is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.


Digital Products – Non-Refundable

Some of our products are digital and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been delivered (e.g., via download or instant access), no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Acknowledge that your digital product will be delivered immediately

  • Explicitly waive your right of withdrawal under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m))

  • Agree that digital content is final sale


Custom-Made / Print-on-Demand Products

Some physical items in our store are custom-made / printed on demand, and produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective or misprinted.

ALL ITEMS LABELED AS "FINAL SALE" IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ARE FINAL UNDER THIS SECTION

Before making a purchase, kindly read all our shipping, refund and legal policies.
By making a purchase, you confirm to have read all policies and agree to not receive a refund or return by this section.


Defective or Incorrect Items (Digital & Physical)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 1 day of delivery at info@unplgd.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Physical Items Only)

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your physical product within 14 days, for any reason.
Your item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is not covered by us.

🚫 The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Digital products (once access or download has started)

  • Custom-made / printed-on-demand products (per Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU)

 


Outside of special items under sections mentioned above, we have the following return & restock policy:

  • Returns accepted for 14 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • 65% restocking fee
